The siting of supportive housing is behind two law suits in which the City of Minneapolis is the defendant. Zoning changes that would eviscerate the 1/4 mile spacing law and promote supportive housing clustering are being shepherded around by the Mayor's aid. Yet we are told that nothing is going on with zoning changes and we should just relax.
When will we hear from the Mayor (or Council members) on this critical public policy issue?
