Answers: 1) $6 million was paid largely to whoever sold the building to the city, the contractors who did work for the city to fix the roof, remediate asbestos and so on, tenants who had to be relocated, etc. 2) What default? 3) You didn't hear about it because it didn't happen. 4) Don't know.
