CD: I'm not confused about the difference between correlation and causation. I simply demonstrated the facts contained within the police report showing that most incidents of tagger graffiti are concentrated in a thriving and prosperous part of town. Sure, there are many explanations for this, but assuming a causal relationship to increased crime and deterioration is precisely what I'm urging people to avoid.
