The Northeast Community Development Corporation (NE CDC) is searching for an Executive Director to manage its operations in Northeast Minneapolis. The NE CDC is a new organization with an actively engaged board, ongoing programs, and broad community support. This is an exciting growth opportunity for the person who can take the CDC to the next level. General responsibilities of the position include management of day-to-day function of all aspects of the operation of the organization. Specific responsibilities include: Managing Central Avenue Mainstreet Program, organization and program financial planning; plan and implement programs with a specific focus on housing and economic development; develop personnel policies; supervise staff. The principal objective of the Director will be to coordinate varied volunteer neighborhood and business-based individuals and organizations, working on Central Avenue revitalization efforts.
