It is disappointing if Gael Baez is spreading misinformation about drug reform legislation in order to rally people against it. It would be disappointment (but not terribly surprising) if the Hennepin County Attorney is pushing to keep the status quo on drug laws. It is not clear from Barbara's post, however, whether the misinformation came directly from Gael Baez or the Court Watch people claiming to get the information from Gael Baez.
