Better than City Hall, why not out in the Park Board parking lot itself? We
could even make an event of it by getting someone with a pickup and waiting
until the kids had gathered at the portable hoops, load the hoops in the
truck and have an impromptu Pied Piper march to the Headquarters by driving
down 26th with the kids marching along behind!

Then again we could put hoops at BOTH places!
