Abuse of power; a tradition in the MPD.
McManus should publicly look into these incidents. I believe there are cameras on the city STS garage across from the NE beating scene that might have evidence. Same goes for the RSP/ Grain Belt bldg.
If these officers are found, they will probably just be moved to liaison duty at the high schools where they can beat students instead. It happened at North High School quite often; officers with histories of abuse removed from the streets for lunch room duty- you need not be a Albert Einstein to guess how that turned out.
