Board members say they had no choice but to make the layoff and realignment decisions they made, and will have no choice but to make similar decisions in the future, unless the Teacher Tenure Act is amended. Where's the evidence?
The board will make decisions about future layoffs and realignments. The board will decide what changes, if any, in the Teacher Tenure Act that Supt. Peebles will be lobbying for.
