dorie states:  I don't think anyone wants these people back into their
neighborhood. This might seem stupid but....why  can't all of them live in a
restricted area...together...away from neighborhoods? A far fetched idea but
just an idea...like the buildings out at Fort Snelling that  are sitting
for ruin. Why couldn't housing such as that be provided where they are
concentrated away from neighborhoods, schools, etc. (I am not advocating the
Fort...just the concept)
