I've gotten calls from both parties. I was disappointed that the Republican Party phone call didn't mention School Board candidate, David Dayhoff. Neither did the Republican sample ballot. A DFL sample ballot I got, did include Lee and Flanagan.
I've gotten a separate call urging a vote for Dayhoff. I have also gotten calls from the DFL - they sometimes mention the school board candidates, and sometimes don't. So far, no one has given me info about the wrong district. I have to second the comment DFL sour grapes about Samuels support for a green party candidate.... It is odd the DFL didn't run someone against Stenglein. Now I thought the person who ran against Stenglein the last time was a Republican candidate. A democratic friend was under the impression she was a democrat, and someone on this list was under the impression she was an independent. I've always thought the DFL is better at defeating DFL candidates than Republicans are. Eva Young Near North Minneapolis http://lloydletta.blogspot.com REMINDERS: 1.
