Does anyone know if or when the video from public meetings in
Minneapolis (cable access in general for that matter) will be on Time
Warner's Video on Demand service? Since the live schedule time can be
scarce this would allow full meetings to be accessible in video and
allow people to easily fast forward to sections of meeting that interest
them.
