Armadillo Flats has 38 apartments in 3 different addresses. According to
police records, Armadillo flats had 116 police calls since the beginning of
the year. That averages over 3 calls per apartment during the 6 month
period. There were 13 narcotics calls. 16 bookings. 3 “person with a
gun.” 9 domestics (verbal, physical or with a weapon), the list goes on.
Serious crimes.

I have heard from both PPL (unofficially) and the Mpls Police that Armadillo
Flats is a top priority for PPL. Both told me their escalation occurred
before I posted the problems on this forum.

I am glad Armadillo Flats is a priority for PPL. I wish it hadn't taken
years. When I left yesterday, Armadillo Flats was very quiet. I hope it is
a new trend.

Regards, Bill Cullen
Whittier Landlord.
