Jeanne Harris Writes:
I would like to encourage All to watch "Making People Accountable" on MTN /Ch17 - Yes this is the program which was at the center of the hullabaloo which caused Don Samuels to declare that he felt his life had been threatened. In the end, no charges were filed/ or dismissed; and one Commentator- Al Flowers is back on and seems to have honed in and appears to be right on target.

Dennis Plante Responds:
If the show has yet to air, how is it you know that Al Flowers is honed-in and right on-target? What target is he aiming for?

Jeanne Harris Writes:
I confess that as a resident of the 5th Ward, I am consumed with the contest for the city council seat. I am simply unable to understand what would motivate an incumbent to abandon his seat to challenge the only other minority member on the council. I would hope and call for the community-at-large to demand that Debates between the candidates take place, in order that WE the people can make informed choices! For I too agree that :

Dennis Plante Responds:
I don't believe CM Samuels is abandoning anything. Quite the contrary. To pull-up roots and move his family into a different part of our city would be abadoning that which he feels most strongly about.
