I suppose you are free to exercise your purported right to privacy and private property rights and open a bar that permits smoking. Of course, if you want a liquor license for your bar, you must agree to a number of restrictions on your activities. You are certainly free to whine about some of those restrictions, but arguments that these licensing restrictions, which you voluntarily accepted when you sought a liquor license, impinge on some of your fundamental rights don't seem to make a lot of sense. -tjs REMINDERS: 1.
