Key is underground in parts. So just spend the time and consider it and then say no. Don't spend the money/time to look at crappy options that pretty much anyone could tell you wouldn't work.
-- The way we've been looking at LRT it killing me. In the counties' and Metro Council's minds, LRT is for commuters and bringing suburbanites into the city on occasion. This is ridiculous . . . LRT lines need to work in the city. They should go out to the suburbs, but they need to take a logical route through the city first.
