Minneapolis will be fortunate to have Barbara Johnson in that position. In
the Strong Council - Weak Mayor system a strong Council President is
essential. Barb Johnson can be that person.
The neighborhoods of all of Minneapolis will be lucky to get her. When
votes are being counted Barb is always one vote neighborhoods can count as
being on our side.
