This does not speak to the previous poster's concern: why is this
proposal just for neighborhoods already zoned for duplexes. Let's say a
person living in Linden Hills house burns down, heaven forbid, and the
owner says he/she would rather have a duplex on the land now that the
kids are grown and gone.
Additional density is not the issue. That such a proposal is confined to
already highly dense neighborhoods is at issue.
