Ever since I installed CSD04 for MQSeries 5.2.1 on Windows 2000 Server I have been noticing a weird behavior. I have two queue managers lets say are called QMGR and QMGRA. In most cases I will have QMGR up and running (listener, initiator), and QMGRA is down. In certain situations I need to stop QMGR and start up QMGRA. When I stop QMGR from the MQ Explorer the status for all services for that queue manager has stoppped, so I bring up QMGRA. After about 30-60 seconds QMGR is coming up on its own, except the channel initiator which is giving a return code 20.
