Hi Valerie and Brian, The main reason is because it has been quite difficult (for me) to get an straight answer about the conference.... is it technical or not ? Yes , I know the Symposium..., and yes it's not so techical, but on http://www-3.ibm.com/services/learning/conf/europe/ IBM writes:
