You did try to de-install, AND delete any left over directories MQ left
behind and then try a re-install. Before you do the re-install reboot and
see if the installer comes up again. after the re-install, check the event
log to see if the install is noting any problems. Also look in the MQ base
directory for an installation log. Maybe Paul knows if there is one.
