Jan,

This does indeed sounds pretty familiar. No promises, of course, but you
might find that the fix available at the following URL solves your problem.

If you don't have access to this site then you might have to get your IBM
service representitive to send you the files.
There are  fixes for Solaris CSD02 or CSD04 so you may like to install one
of those CSD's.  Alternatively I have been told by those friendly service
people here in Hursley that if you really want a fix built on the base
level then they can do it.
