It's a V5.3 manual, and can be found on the website as with all the other
manuals.

Found the item I was looking for in the readme.txt file that came with
MQ
for Windows under the heading "WHEN CERTIFICATE CHANGES ON UNIX, OS/400,
AND z/OS BECOME EFFECTIVE."     I don't think the information contained
in
readme is in the current version of the Security manual.

I think that's described in the Security book for
