Maybe a stupid question as I haven't looked at the tool, but what does this "free" tool do that the really free tool on IBM's support pack website doesn't do?
The really free tool in question is Paul Clarke's MO71 support pack. This gives you full admin/monitoring capability on any number of queue managers and the latest version gives you tools to track down configuration mistakes and typos. >From what I'm seeing on this list, I don't think I'll bother with the tool, even if an time-unlimited version is made available. Then next day I went to run it and all the settings that were there were gone and the program won't connect to my remote MQ Server...keeps looking at "localhost". Has anyone else tried it the next day ?
