We are OS/390 V2.8 and MQ v2.1. During the ARCHIVE offload process one of the tapes received an IO/ERROR, a swap was performed 3 times and was unable to bypass the tape error, the reply to the WTO to swap was no. The MQ region took a SVC dump, but continue to process.
How can I restart the offload process or will MQ restart the process on it own? Any help would be appreciated.
