I have been punching at this with IBM fo over a week now.
When doing a Coordinated transaction between WMQI and Oracle running on
another machine. We read the queue and then try to do an insert. WMQI comes
back with the following error:
2002-12-16 14:02:23.911202 13 DatabaseException BIP2322E: Database
error: SQL State 'HY000'; Native Error Code '0'; Error Text '[MERANT][ODBC
Oracle 8 driver]There is already a connection enlisted in a distributed
transaction on this thread through this DataSource.'.
The error has the following
diagnostic information: SQL State 'HY000' SQL Native
Error Code '0' SQL Error Text '[MERANT][ODBC Oracle 8
driver]There is already a connection enlisted in a distributed transaction
on this thread through this DataSource.'
This message may be accompanied by
other messages describing the effect on the message broker itself. Use the
reason identified in this message with the accompanying messages to
determine the cause of the error.
The "connection already enlisted in a distributed transaction" is a strange
on. The ODBC trace shouws the Queu Manager connecting and the disconnecting.
Then another connection, then the error.
Anybody got a hint??????
