I did some asking around and was given the following response:
We are very aware that CSD3 is not yet available. The reason is that a problem was found late in the test cycle and we consider that it must be fixed before the CSD can be released. Please be assured that this is receiving very high priority attention and we are working to complete the fix, and have a fully tested CSD3 available as soon as possible.

However, as far as I can tell, CSD03 _does not exist_ ! IBM - can you shed any light on this problem I am experiencing?
