Increase size of error logs

Hi....... MQ error logs (amqerr01.log......etc) are cut when they go over 256KB. MQ also keeps 3 logs.   Does anyone know either how to increase the size of the logs or the number of logs. Platform if NT, v5.2 and above. Thanks Aatush
