Personally, I add the following lines at the top of all ic01 BAT files, and
it works with WMQIv2.1+CSD04. Please try it out.
REM BEGIN for WMQIv2.1+CSD03 or above
setlocal
set classpath=..\classes\connector.jar;%classpath%
set path=..\jre\bin;%path%
REM END
