Thanks guys, The fuser -fux <file name> is what worked. I found the culprit (it was an application that was linking libraries, but not connected to the queue manager). However, even after stopping those applications and doing another fuser -fux and not getting a response...we were still unable to copy the libraries like the documentation states. Instead, we did have to delete the 2 files as root and then copy in the new ones. Therefore, it's working now...but not the way it states in the readme.
