I think, starting with version 5.1 or similar, it has been simply /usr/mqm on AIX

Solaris = /opt/mqm
AIX = /usr/lpp/mqm

And this doesn't address the /var/mqm issue - and use of the sticky bit
(restricted deletion bit).

PS I thought that MQ installed in /opt/mqm, or is that different on AIX?
