Yes, Solaris 9 is a certified platform by IBM for WebSphere MQ 5.3

I remembered someone asked that before but there was no answer. Does anyone
know whether MQ 5.3 can run under Solaris 9? The latest quick beginning
guide is still mentioning Solaris 7 and 8 only. Or does anyone tested such
combination?
