Hi,
Actually we already have ppl from a well known vendor
+ experienced to help with the project. Another
candidate is required to help our team with other
concurrent project. We got a lot of response from
those offshore software co with resumes as I mentioned
earlier. It just happened some of the candidates had
the certification with less exp and some w/o cert but
> 2 years exp.
After talked to them, those with exps are more
convincing and knows what we're talking about(our
requirements). I probably would go for this guy.
