Risks of implementing Single Write Integrity

Solaris 5.8
MQ 5.2 CSD7

We are having some performance issues on our Queue managers lately and I was
considering moving from Triple to Single Write Integrity. All disks are on an
EMC SAN so I assume this is exactly the sort of situation that the Single
Write Integrity option was designed for.

Does anybody have any experience of this? I am interested in hearing about the
possible performance improvements and the risks of moving from Triple to
Single Write Integrity.

Thanks in advance,
Matt.
