You can specify NO_SYNCPOINT in your PMO & GMO options to remove and make messges available immed.
You can also insert CICS SYNCPOINTS at the end of your LUW's to tighten message processing.

If a single active CICS task gets and put1's several messages, is a message made available to the MQ client immediately after the MQPut1? or are the messages made available after the task ends?
