CALL data-name is dynamic.
CALL 'PROGRAM' is dynamic if compiled with the DYNAM compiler option.
CALL 'PROGRAM' is static if compiled with the NODYNAM compiler option.

to get the QMGR name out of the SYSPlex we put a routine in SYS1.PP.LINKLIB
made it a dynamic call in the program
but can't seem to get it to work (when I do get it to work, the MQCONN call
does not work)
now if I concatenate SYS1.PP.LINKLIB in the STEPLIB, all works fine
has anyone experienced problems with dynamic calls to programs from link
listed libraries
