It would be interesting to see what they did differently to cause it to be
blank.

However, remember in your exit, depending on the Exit reason, you may see
it blank. MQXR_INIT will clearly show it as blank because connection has
not yet been made to the partner.

Hi Morag,

Yes this was a CLNTCONN connecting to a 390 SVRCONN.

If my memory of the telephone call is correct, the customer saw the blank
value, the QSG name and the QM name depending on what they did.

It would be most helpful to understand what should happen to this field
depending on how they connect.

I think that what they specified for the JMS connection factory determined
what was presented in MQCXP.PartnerName.
