This is not strictly true. RESET CHL of a receiver is a race. First one to start up gets RESET. Actually you normally shouldn't issue RESET CHL on a receiver, only issue it on a SENDER (sending end). The sender will tell the receiver that it's been reset and the receiver will follow suit. Cheers, P.
