Hi.... Thanks Paul and all who responded. The issue is probably within our proxy server. As I had mentioned, I have been able to download many support pacs in the past but my guess is that a change has been made to our proxy (surprise, I wasn't told :) that has effected my ability to download from the site. I was able to get to the pac and download it without issue from my home computer so I do have it.
