Well here is a twist, despite applying the latest service pack CSD07, the
problem still appears. It was suppose to be fixed in CSD04 (APAR IY34454).

I assume early fixes are carried through each CSD release.... Yes ????

Subject: Question about Security under v5.3 on Win2K

G'Day all,

I am trying to allow an NT group to perform a put to a specific local queue
using setmqaut and it fails, below is the command and error message, can
someone tell me what I am doing wrong!

Local Queue name di_results
User diclient
Group diclients

C:>dmpmqaut -p diclient
profile: SELF
object type: qmgr
entity: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
entity type: principal
authority: inq connect dsp setall
- - - - - - - -
profile: @CLASS
object type: qmgr
entity: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
entity type: principal
authority: none

C:\qml\log>setmqaut -m QML_MQM -t qmgr -p diclient +inq +connect +dsp
+setall
The setmqaut command completed successfully.

C:\>setmqaut -m QML_MQM -t q -n di_results -p diclient -get +put +inq
AMQ7085: Object di_results, type q not found.

C:\>setmqaut -m QML_MQM -t q -n di_results -g diclients -get +put +inq
AMQ7085: Object di_results, type q not found.
