Hi T.Rob,

When I use psrinfo on Solaris it lists 16 CPU's but we only have 8 dualcore
CPU's installed. Maybe you are paying too much.

Cheers,

Hi Kerry,

I have not had any problems yet with using the CPU count as reported by
psrinfo, mhz, mpstat, etc. so I have never faced that particular challenge.
Maybe someone else on list knows?

T.Rob,

Just to change the subject a little, how do we know how many licenses are
needed when it comes to logical/virtual/hyper threaded vs. physical CPU's?

Cheers,
