For the Broker and CM, it's supported as of FP4 or FP5. Note that the Toolkit is NOT supported on Win2003. Just FYI, I've installed and used it on Win2003 without a problem, but it is not supported, so you might not want to install it on that platform when you leave your "sandbox".
