MA01 is a really useful program. I'm especially interested in the possibility to put an entire file in a single message.
I use it all the time on Windows. Is there a version available for z/OS? Have seen a version who could put each row from a sequential file as distinct messages, but I would like to put the whole file in the same message. -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Från: MQSeries List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] För Paul Clarke Skickat: den 26 juli 2005 12:03 Till: [email protected] Ämne: Re: MQ PUT/GET Utility Not really no. MA01 is not for message editing. Its a simple command line program which allows you to put, browse and get messages to/from a queue. For example you can copy messages from one to queue to another, or move them. You can read an entire file and put it to a queue as a message, you can browse a message and format out the DLQ header etc etc. It's a bit like AMQSPUT, AMQSBCG and AMQSGET combined with a few more options. Anyway, it's been available for download for years, download to windows (or whatever) and have a play, Cheers, P.
