John,
first the reason code 2052 indicates, that the temporary ReplyQ created by your
admin tool has been deleted. Then the command server tries to put the message
to the DLQ and gets a reason code 2085 - which indicates, that the DLQ,
specified in the QMGR attribute, does not exist.
The command
amqsput "" MYQMGR
uses not a blank QMgr name, but a blank Q name. You surely do not have a Q
called ""!
