Hi Dan,

When the queue manager is stopped then you only get start, delete, properties, etc...

When the queue manager is running then you only get stop, stop command server, disconnect, properties, etc...

If you double click on the 'Queue Managers' label in the navigator view then on the right side 'Explorer' window you should have a list of queue managers.   Can you right click on a queue manager in the right window?  Do you get a list of options?

Hi….

Ok, I am telling myself it is time to try and get over the learning curve with the Eclipse MQ Explorer. So, after installing MQ 6, I create a qmanager and fire up the Eclipse MQ Explorer and add the qmanager to my view. I quickie realize that changing this view is not going to be easy but am thinking I am up for the challenge :) Well, the first thing I read is that what was the MQ Services panel is now kind of absorbed into the "Navigator" view. So, I read that if I right click on my qmanager in the tree I should see options like start command server, start/stop qmanager, etc. Well, I don't :) All I see are things to do with the view, nothing actually to do with commands on my local qmanager. What am I missing. The first thing I try and already stumped….not looking promising.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks….
Dan
