S Young (Sid) posted a note yesterday which contained not only the fix file names but also the fixes themselves.
The file names were...
6.0.1.1-WS-MQ-WinIA32-LAIY86343.zip and
6.0.1.1-WS-MQ-WinIA32-LAIY86343.zip
So my guess would be that the apar is IY86343
Looking at the APAR on IBMLink, there is no Temporary Fix listed, but clearly if you raise a case IBM can ship one.

Apparently you can request the efix from IBM. Or, if you can, wait
until Q1/2007 for the new fix pack.
