When we decided to turn on filtering of Out Of Office messages, I asked for people to send me subject strings to scan for and exclude.  I got the usual ones like "out of office" and "out of the office" and they seem to be working well.  But  I can't believe nobody submitted "My Work PC is dead.  Please call me or send email to Ruthie Griffin".  In hindsight, it seems like such an obvious filter target!
