Hubert,

You stated in a previous e-mail that "if you have MQ version 6 and 
persistent messages greater then 63 kB shared queues are definitely slower 
than local (clustered) queues!". Can you elaborate on these statements? 
What particular environment are you talking about? Windows? Z/OS? Can you 
define your term "definitely slower"? How much slower?

We are about to embark on this journey and are looking to avoid as many 
performance problems as possible.
