My annual pilgrimage to update the Win32 build (for Visual C++) for the dev branch of rrdtool is complete. See the updated NT-BUILD-TIPS.txt for discussion and step by step instructions. The big change is to use GnuWin32 binaries of libraries: png, freetype, libart, and zlib.
