I've finally fixed this! The problem was this: PageTop[lbeurab1]: <h1>VPN Concentrator</h1> <table><tr><td>My html description...</td></tr></table>
Basically, all I needed to do was insert a space at the start of the life, before the <table> tag. Still, if anyone knows of any way to find error logs for these configs, please let me know. Thanks, James. -----Original Message----- From: Brown, James (IP) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 21 March 2003 11:04 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [mrtg] Re: Config with OID's Not Working Hi Kevin, Thank you for your reply. I've fixed the misspelling but still no joy. Do you know whether MRTG has some kind of config parser or error log file where I could find the line number or any clues as to what error I've made? Many thanks, James. -----Original Message----- From: Hart, Kevin [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 20 March 2003 14:08 To: 'Brown, James (IP)' Cc: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [mrtg] Config with OID's Not Working Not sure if you noticed, but you've mispelled the option "gauge". -----Original Message----- From: Brown, James (IP) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, March 20, 2003 3:17 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [mrtg] Config with OID's Not Working Hi All, I've set up quite a few MRTG graphs, but for some reason, I'm having problems with just this one. I'm using MRTG 2.9.17, but it doesn't generate any logs or html or the usual config_name.ok file - I do see a config_name.cfg_I file appear every time the config is processed. I am polling a Cisco VPN Concentrator 3000 using the following OID's: Active User Count: 1.3.6.1.4.1.3076.2.1.2.17.1.1.0 Throughput percentage: 1.3.6.1.4.1.3076.2.1.2.25.1.4.0 These OID's seem to work fine when using snmpwalk under UNIX/Windows. There are no firewalls or access lists in the way, so I can only guess that my config is wrong. Can anyone see an obvious mistake? ### VPN Concentrator 3000 - lbeurab1 - Active Users Throughput Vs Throughput ### Target[lbeurab1]: 1.3.6.1.4.1.3076.2.1.2.17.1.1.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.3076.2.1.2.25.1.4.0:ro_com_strin [EMAIL PROTECTED] MaxBytes[lbeurab1]: 100 Options[lbeurab1]: growright, guage, nopercent Title[lbeurab1]: :: VPN Concentrator lbeurab1 :: LegendI[lbeurab1]: Users: LegendO[lbeurab1]: Utilization: AddHead[lbeurab1]: <style type="text/css" media="screen">@import "../../css/llcontent.css";</style> PageTop[lbeurab1]: <h1>VPN Concentrator - Throughput + Active Sessions</h1> <table><tr><td>My html description...</td></tr></table> #These directories have been created: Htmldir: c:\WWW\mrtg\html\LAN\lbeurab1 Imagedir: c:\WWW\mrtg\html\LAN\lbeurab1 LogDir: c:\WWW\mrtg\logs\LAN\lbeurab1 ### End Config ### Any help would be greatly appreciated.
