Hi Ahmed,

Do you get a response from your router when you use a mib browser ? In other
words, do you get any SNMP response from the router ?

The errors you mention indicate no responses received. Now if it has worked
before, something must have changed. I take it, you have checked all the
obvious. I had problems with my router (SMC Barricade) before. I had to
reboot the router and I was able to get SNMP responses again.

Hope this may help.

Thanks

Luz Berger

Hi Ahmed,

What kind of DSL router are you using ? It must have a SNMP agent in order
to be used with MRTG.

Dear all,

When I want to make MRTG for a DSL router ,I couldn't. From the command
prompt I wrote:

C:\mrtg\bin>perl cfgmaker [EMAIL PROTECTED] --global "WorkDir:
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\xspeed" --output mrtgxspeed.cfg

The following error appears to me:

C:\mrtg\bin>perl cfgmaker [EMAIL PROTECTED] --global "WorkDir:
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\xspeed" --output mrtgxspeed.cfg
